Technical Architecture

The Technical Architecture Document (TAD) and Operational Document (OD) continue on beyond the project closure as 'living' documents.  For this reason they are created as independent MSWord documents, a working copy of these is attached to this page during the life of the project.

To obtain a TAD or OD template, click on the link below which will open a read-only view.  This can then be saved to your local machine (using 'Save As') and edited as required.

The edited document should then be uploaded to this page.

NOTE TO PROJECT MANAGERS - if your project website is open (i.e. publicly visible), please ensure that you protect this page from public view before technical documentation is attached.   Instructions for this can be found in the FAQ section of the Help (accessible via the Help icon in the top righthand corner) of this screen.

NOTE TO TECHNICAL STAFF - if you are having difficulties uploading technical documentation to this page then you may not have the correct access rights - please contact the Project Manager to be added to the 'Team' for this project.
