Licenses

We need to order Atlassian university licenses

LIVE non-clustered license - it's critical we get this in time for go LIVE

Genomics

They have set up a 2.10  self-managed wiki and now need an export of their space. Morna stated that Riky has other priorities this week but he will try to do an export.

Themebuilder Issues

We still don't have this working due to licensing issues. Arthur will speak to Adaptivist to see if they can give us a working copy.

Load Testing

Riky is working throught he plan. He needs to agree when to put system under load for live user testing. So far he is quite confident about performance.

Morna will set up a sign-off meeting for the loadt testing later this week.

LDAP work

Morna will speak to Richard re resourcing this estimation work.

Read-only wiki

We are going to try

- expired licenses

- greying out edit button

- putting up banner saying wiki is read-only

But will this disable APIs updating wiki? Can we disable APIs?

Need to decide how to handle read-only changeover on 2 Dec.
