1. Confluence license

we currently hold a license untiil November 2014
we can upgrade to version 5 on this license at no extra costs

2. Confluence University subscription costs

we can buy an unlimited subscription to use all the Atlassian online training courses at a cost of $2,880.
or we can buy a subscription for a certain amount of users, e.g. 100 users = $600

3. Buying additional plugins

Confluence Team Calendars = $3000
Scafolding Plugin = $799
