The current process of induction within ECA  is ad-hoc and each time the recruiting manager needs to generate an induction plan and source materials for their particular area. The project will make identification and augmentation of induction plans much more efficient.

The project will work with subject matter experts from across ECA to identify induction resources (both core and specific), develop checklists for each type of staff member and deliver through a single induction site on the School intranet.
