Checklists

The project proposed that a number of induction checklists could be generated based on role and time.  A role checklist would be for a new recruit to the ECA or for an individual taking up a new position.  A time based checklist would be to identify tasks or actions to be carried out over the first couple of weeks, the first 3 month or the first year depending upon what was appropriate.

The following checklists and instruction set were generated by the project team.  It is expected that further checklists will be generated by the ECA induction team as required.
