3. DR testing

This was moved  to week beginning  18/11/13 at the request of techman who could not manage to do this during the week suggested by UNIX ( 11/11/13)

This will be signed off on 25/11/13

4. Supplier Self-Service Portal

Garry stated that FIS should be able to test so that this can be signed off  IN TEST by 18/11/13 with the aim of deploying to LIVE later that week.

5. Budget and further deliverables.

The project team will consider what services or servers could be decommissioned and what the effort required would be. Finance will consider whether to fund this decommissioning.

6. AOB

Ewan stated that it would be a good idea in the medium and long-term to automatically sync functional accounts and associated files between the primary and secondary database servers to assist smooth failovers. Otherwise  the functional accounts one ach server risk getting out of sync. This would take up to two days effort to apply to DEV, TEST and LIVE.
