12/8/13 Team Meeting

SSO/Launchpad
Garry contacted ABS and they will come in during the week beginning 19/8/13 to assist David to install a prototype Launchpad service.
This week David will prepare the infrastructure for the prototype.
- Iain Fiddes is liaising with ABS re the date the consultant will be available.
- Morna will alert PMS of other projects on which David is working that he will be unavailable when the consultant is on-site.
Database migrations
Mark began the TEST migration on Friday and hopes to complete today.
Once he has received a new license from ABS he will apply.
Then he will repoint TEST MyEd at new TEST database ( required for PPS002 this week)
Not all apps were recently tested on TEST before the migration, but as old TEST is still there, we can always bring it back to clarify whether any errors are due to migration.
Timeouts should be removed from TEST as we can't have testers being logged out every 10 minutes.
- Mark will send out new URLs for testers to use once they are ready.
- Mark will remove timeouts from TEST
- Garry will contact business owners and ask them to carry out UAT for their interfaces
Work to complete on DEV
We need a list of all cron jobs so that we can rationalise these and if possible convert to scheduled jobs.
- Paul will produce a list of all cron jobs on DEV
