  • Fix received from suppler and applied to both Dev and Test environments
  • Successfully tested by the business and request to deploy changes to Live.
  • Deployment to Live delayed due to holidays

  • EST080-275 - Credit Note processing after Monthly Billing Run
    • Completed initial tests relating the fix received
    • Issues reported with initial testing - Raised 3 orders:- 323745 for Contract, 323746 for Goods and 323747 for Stores. The credit note process works fine if the order type is Contract but not for Goods/Stores. When creating a batch I was unable to see the orders 323746 and 323747 to pick up and add them.

  • Completed closure report and forwarded to Estates hard Services board and subsequently approved

  • EST080-275- Credit Note processing after monthly billing run - P.O. forwarded to Mass. Scheduled to be delivered w/c 3rd July

Outstanding Issues

  • EST080-245: Issue when changing status on work request - fix applied to Live on 23/05/17 - After testing on Live, Estatse have advised that they are not still not seeing the current status of Work Requests when use Status Change screen. Call returned to Mass.

  • EST080-269: Issue with Stock Updates (dynamic updating of stock as part of the mobile synchronisation) - fix applied to the Live system on 23/05/17.  Subsequently tested by Estates and confirmed working as expected.  Call has been closed

  • EST080-167  Weekly Job to correct contents of employee-id: it was agreed at the project team meeting on 17/05/17 that this issue could be moved to the Estates Issue log
  • EST080-234 - Live CAD Url down : it was agreed at the project team meeting on 17/05/17 that this issue could be moved to the Estates Issue log
  • EST080-269 Issue with Stock Updates:  Fix received from Mass and deployed both Dev and Test.  Currently with Estates to test.

Mass

  • Martin Matt to send room code fix - and any associated info on how to apply.
  • Mass to issue response to Maintenance document ahead of site visit 10th August
  • Martin Matt to make small changes to print report
  • Martin Matt to provide a form of words to allow Estates to request appropriate access from ISG to allow Mass to come on site and progress Archiving.  After which agree date with Sanjay to visit site.  Cost required from Mass for 2x days on site.

  • Investigated performance issues associated with updating work orders - initial thoughts would suggest issue related to refresh of building operations console view.  Have advised Mass and awiting update.

  • Confirmed business requiremenst to accommodate PAT testing for monthly billing and archiving - development scheduled to commence 8th July and into next week
  • Reviewed additional reporting requirements with IS Apps Developer - work currently scheduled to be undertaken w/c 1st August
  • System Performance Review
    • Monitoring tools set up against both the application server and the database
    • Undertook a few system tests whilst application server being montored - nothing of note to interest
    • Commenced development of Jmeter process to load test fault reporting
