Outstanding Issues

• EST080-245: Issue when changing status on work request - fix applied to Live on 23/05/17 - After testing on Live, Estatse have advised that they are not still not seeing the current status of Work Requests when use Status Change screen. Call returned to Mass.

• EST080-269: Issue with Stock Updates (dynamic updating of stock as part of the mobile synchronisation) - fix applied to the Live system on 23/05/17.  Subsequently tested by Estates and confirmed working as expected.  Call has been closed

• EST080-271 Approve Screen Updates.  Fix has been received from Mass - currently awaiting for this to be installed on Dev and Test 

• EST080-273 Invoice Batches after monthly billing - Having completed the testing bi-directionally (as best as possible as it is not possible for paid date to be returned to Archibus in test - all appears to be functioning as expected and the change has been promoted to Live on 16/05/17. - Subsequently Checked Invoice History table and Date Paid in CFACS coming back and Financial Year and Period showing - call now closed
• EST080-278: No survey available against work requests. Changes applied to both Dev and Test. Estates have advised tWork Request created and completed within Test and Survey now available.  Call has been closed
