Work/Task Breakdown
Rooms: Installation are completed by LST with the support of known contractors and Timetabling staff who help with room bookings.
Scheduling: Software Development will develop the enhancements which will be signed off as per the normal Applications Deployment Checklist.
Data: Initially the analysis is being completed by the Service Team along with Echo360. We will then move onto a phase where recommendations will be put forward and processes developed. This may involved advice from Applications Service Management.
Reporting: We have been working with Applications Service Management in our use of Power BI. This will continue and we anticipate a small amount of Software Development time to assist with SQL report writing. there are also skills within LTW development who could assist if required.
Transfer to BAU: This will include staff from across the workstreams and our user base.
Resources, Skills and Costs
As noted we will be using skills from across ISG, Timetabling and college/school staff.
Applications days are funded from the programme's capital budget which ends on the 31st of July.
PM time has been funded until the end of October.
Project Governance
This project reports to a Steering Group chaired by our Sponsor. This in turn reports to the Programme Board.
The Programme also contain an Academic User Group, and Engagement and Evaluation Group and a Technical Group.
