This project is part of the Service Excellence SWAY business case, which was approved by the SA&S Board in April 2018. A previous project (SAS004) addressed the Target Operating Model implementation. A procurement project (SAS012) completed in Jan 2019 with the award of a contract for delivery of a Work and Study Away System .
The SAS016 project will deliver:
- Pilot of the new Study and Work Away (SWAY) system and processes in individual pilot Schools for selected activities and areas
- Rollout of the new system and processes across the University
- Creation of new SWAY Service
