  • All pilots are now underway (except for PGAF which has been removed from scope  - PICCL decision 17)

    • Definition of study and work away

    • Glossary of study and work away terms

    • SWAY Service Catalogue

  • Grant Calculator Options Appraisal completed

Issues and Risks

  • Risk that study and work away data not available for post pilot planning (risk 38)

  • Risk that grant calculator functionality requires significant effort to deliver (risk 39)

  • Definition of study and work away not agreed (PICCL issue 16)

Next steps

  • Start technical feasibility study for Grant Calculator recommended option
  • Start data gathering within Discovery phase
  • Consolidate pilot feedback
