Overview

Background

APUC (Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges) provides and supports an MSAccess-based Scotland-wide contract database called Hunter.  This database is used by Procurement Office staff to store supplier contract details, including the supplier and product information required for display to users within the University.  However, Hunter does not present this information in a format suitable for non-procurement staff and so a solution is required to interpret and present this information in a more user-friendly format.  Procurement Office may also wish to supplement the Hunter database with additional University-specific data.
