- TEST was Build last week and signed off on Monday 13th Jan.
- Training was successfully completed with SciQuest on 13th Jan
- Wed 15th - Jeff installed the ERM TEST Admin Module for Tim - all went well. We have also set up some new users in the ERM Test module and again this has all been successful, this will allow Tim to Test all the current roles used in The module.
- Thurs 16th - Tim has just started the testing and it is going okay. Access has been fine and he carried on ntil our catch up this afternoon. Tim brought a copy of the results so far and will email themwhen he has completed them
- The majority of tests have completed successfully so far
- The majority are niggles that have not been fixed, so not show stoppers, but they will be documented so that SciQuest know we still want them sorted
- Tim could not get one of the 2 bespoke reports to run, that will be a show stopper if it is not sorted
- Tim will try again tomorrow to check it wasn't just a glitch
- Jeff ran the other Bespoke report and it is fine.
- Jeff and Craig will check out ERM on a MAC.
- Discussed down time ideally -
- 12 noon on Tuesday 28th Jan Outage until Wednesday 29th Jan
- 12 noon on Wednesday 29th Jan At Risk until 5pm
- Ewan will start prep for downtime on the morning of the 28th. Ready to Start at 2pm with Mike at SciQuest.
- Ewan happy with 24hour downtime
- Tim and Jeff will get users to stop at 11am to allow time for orfers to update SciQuest before 12 noon
- Anne M to complete the Alert and Change control for 28-29th Jan.
- Tim to claify that these dates are ok.
- Anne M will verify with Dev Tech that Ewan is booked for the Ops Doc, Tech Man (Handover TAD and Ops Doc) and Apps Supp (Deployment Checklist) have the documents they need.
