• Meeting Chemistry on 7th October when Procurement and Chemistry are available
• Technical Architecture Document review and update
• Verify the TEST environment for the Vendor to upgrade TEST to ERM 7.0.2 
• Support TEST application during testing and training work
• Verify the LIVE environment for the Vendor to upgrade LIVE to ERM 7.0.2
• Support the LIVE deployment
• 3 x 1/2 days afternoon webinars at suitable times for Philidelphia and Edinburgh
• Update training document if required
• Chemistry plan to train own users
• Regular communication with Chemistry throughout length of Project
