| Payroll (PAYE) Real Time Integration |
The patches and interrface changes required to support PAYE real time integration were deployed to LIVE on the 8th August. This work is required for the University to achieve compliance with the UK HM Revenue and Customs legislation ahead of the final compliance date at the end of September. Hi Kathy Thanks for your e-mail. That is brilliant news! Please keep us posted to further submissions progress. Pete 8-Sep-13 ------------------------ Dear Peter I would like to inform you the University of Edinburgh Employment Alignment Submission has been sent by EDI today - can you let me know if there is a problem. The Employment Payment Submission will be sent on Tuesday the 24th September 2013 and the Final Payment Submission will be sent on the 26th September 2013 as pay date is the 27th all going well. Anne Holiday 15-30 July, Nikki is PM cover 9/07/13 - Data refresh in TEST now happening on Wednesday /Thursday 10th - 11th July. A lot of problems on Friday with the Clone backup and on Monday in the time it was taking to do the refresh. - Snapshot backup happening Mon 8/07 night for work on Wednesday EST063 Space Audut upgrade project planned for Tuesday with refresh and deployment with external support backup - No progress with HMRC Final submission date - (which month), is currently Jule, which we have told HMRC we cannot meet |

| P60 issues |
Alyson raised the P60 priority with Oracle as nothing has been heard from them - for over 6 days now 13/05 P60 Oracle solution received. It completes with no errors. Our versions has been run and completes with no errors. The warning message obtained in both cases is related to a noprint option which we don't use 15/05 received word from Oracle that no patch will be provided, so Alyson has done the manual update in TEST. No downtime is required. |

Further to the programme meeting last week this is the list of remaining milestones.
30-Apr-2013 P60 Live Deliver Issue raised with Oracle. The HR and Payroll require the P60 at the latest for 19th May. This issue has had its priority raised with Oracle (on Tuesday 16th April)
06-May-2013 JRE and Password change Deliver Agreed this will go LIVE on Friday 3rd May, with signoff on Monday 6th May
Further RTI patches arrived this week will be incorporated in to Phase 3 RTI Changes and Security Patches |

18/03/13 P60 issue has had an issue when testing. Seeded and UoE versions run, both had the same issue. Logged with Oracle and is a bug. SR 3-69 48995371 20/03/13 Asked Payroll what the drop dead date was for P60? Now transferred to ISSUE 17 16-17 Apr-13 P60 no progress Alyson raised the priority with Oracle 16-Apr-13 |

| Urgent Patch arrived 4/03 for TYE/RTI |
Tax threshhold correction for TAX year end Went to Dev Wed 6th March. HR Globals worked first time Now going to TEST 7th March after HR set up 2 test items for Kathy. Kathy testing between Thurs afternoon and Saturday and will send an email out for signoff or problem. Plan to start11th March (after any prep done 8th Mar pm) If ok patching going ahead 11-12th March
Payroll 3 reports not updated, however the data has been. Go LIVE delayed |

AE issue for March 1st People with zero, or below the threshold earnings, are still being picked up for enrolment. Pamela has updated the SR
P2 TYE + RTI DEV patching completed on Thursday 22nd Feb 6pm and was restarted however there are problems. No-one could get in on Friday 23rd Feb in DEV and being looked into on Monday 25th Feb. A new Service request will be raised, will put P2 at Risk for TYE if we cannot get further before 27th Feb. Planned to move to Test on 28th.

P2 Investigtion has included Security patches, JRE work and IS Apps Password This work has taken consideraly longer then previously estimated. Dev Tech Investigation until 15/02 and likely to take 3 days this week as well

This journal has been raised to indicate there are some additional pieces of work that are requested for March 1st and to find out the implications if they cannot be met. 3 Auto-enrolment pieces of work have been raised. Two have been raised within the project and one within Unidesk JIRAs https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/HRS072-7 and https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/HRS072-6 as well as UNIDESK I130123-0079. |
