Update after programme meeting with updates milestones.

Further to the programme meeting last week this is the list of remaining milestones.

30-Apr-2013  P60 Live  Deliver

Issue raised with Oracle. The HR and Payroll require the P60 at the latest for 19th May. This issue has had its priority raised with Oracle (on Tuesday 16th April)

06-May-2013  JRE and Password change Deliver

Agreed this will go LIVE on Friday 3rd May, with signoff on Monday 6th May

Further RTI patches arrived this week will be incorporated in to Phase 3 RTI Changes and Security Patches

09-May-2013  3 Build RTI Changes + Security Patches 

28-May-2013  3 ASOR RTI Changes + Security Patches 

03-Jun-2013  3 Deploy RTI Changes + Security Patches 

Closure has been left as it is, however assuming Phase 3 goes to plan the Closure will be brought forward.

Actions for Me at Programme meeting

1. The absolute deadline for the P60 work in LIVE is 19^th May but the target deadline should be next pay day as staff are already asking for these to be issued. ACTION  - Anne M to factor this in to planning.
2. Business priorities conflict with the proposed JRE patching in LIVE. Agreed this cannot be this date and need to be renegotiated. The preference would be to have one downtime for JRE, security patching and RTI. ACTION – Anne M to discuss with IS Production Management and, if required, arrange planning meeting with Kathy, Ann and Susan to agree all remaining downtime dates.
3. ACTION – Anne M to recirculate downtime dates as reminder
