Auto-enrolment and P2 TYE , RTI update Update 28/02/13

Auto-enrolment

- Confirm AE signed off for LIVE - Kathy and Pamela have both signed off verbally (email down) on 28th Feb 13 - Monday 4th March

   - Greg will complete patches in LIVE

   - Ana will complete package in LIVE

- Then business will verify LIVE is complete for AE

P2 Tax Year End & Real Time Information

- HR Global being progressed in DEV - Now available and Kathy checking out that the 2 fields are correct in both environments before completing the basic tests. (28/02)

- DEV HR Global being verified, progress being made and the 2 fields that have been re-named related to SAP and SMP. These are recovery fields used as formula to reclaim SSP from HMRC.     - Once DEV is available for Kathy to verify that TEST and DEV have the same results in them        --Kathy verified that both SMP recovery-UoE and SAP recovery -UoE are at 92% and look fine in DEV

- Also Kathy will do basic testing in DEV before TYE and RTI are moved to TEST

- Plan is that P2 TYE + RTI will move to TEST on Tuesday 5th March. 

    - Before starting the patching Alyson will rename the 2 elements in TEST that require to be renamed first

       - After Alyson has renamed the elements Greg will do the Patching to TEST 

Wed/Thurs 6-7th March Susan and Kathy will complete testing to ensure the TYE and RTI information can be signed off to go LIVE on 11-12 March

 Fri 8th March Business Signoff for TYE + RTI Preparation for Mon 11th March

Monday 11th March Downtime

Tuesday 12th March at Risk

Wednesday 13th March HR & Payroll P2 TYE & RTI Signoff
