Impact

Priority and Funding

This is part of the HR-Finance Programme budget.

Impact and Dependencies

 Impact

  • This project is not expected to impact on any other projects or any other ISA service apart from
    • HR HESA Staff Return 12-13 (HRS071)
    • eRecruitment Phase 2

Dependencies

  • The risk of applying patches to a Test system that is inconsistent with the Live environment is too great a risk for the project to accept.  Patching will not commence in Test until the Clone from Live has been completed.
  • Salary Award processing - This project requires that key Payroll resources are available to perform UAT testing during the tight timescale between the Oracle patches becoming available and the delivery milestones. However, it is believed that at least some of these timeslots may coincide with the critical period during which the Payroll staff are required to process the University’s annual salary award
  • Auto-Enrolment - This project requires that key Payroll resources are available to perform UAT testing during the tight timescale between the Oracle patches becoming available and the delivery milestones. However, it is believed that at least some of these timeslots may coincide with the critical period during which the Payroll staff are required to process the University’s annual salary award
  • eRecruitment - The project’s Config and HR team resources are heavily committed to the eRecruitment Phase 2 and HR HESA Staff Return 12-13 projects
