Dev Tech resource on Compassionate Leave this week - 30th Sep to 3rd Oct and then on holiday until 20th October. Ops Doc to complte and TAD to finish and handovers. They are being done by 4th October.

Quenton travelling on the 23rd, so cannot complete a remove instal that day. Likely to be the 30th September remotely with a Go to meeting set up. - unless we can meet before the 23rd, mentioned that this is not likely given absence . Change of scope request Quenton will specify and forward to Anne F. This will need estimated and PICCLD under the same project.

This will be the planned timetable at RISK. 1. The Go Live is now not the 23rd August, and is more likely to be 30th September as Quenton is travelling on 23rd August. We have to provide earliest possible date to them. 2. Dev Tech Implementor is off sick, not clear when she will be back, but project will have to be replanned at that time. Dear Nikki Thank you for taking this forward. I am happy to approve an in year funded project. I do not really understand the issue re priority 1. If the ITI folk are available can’t they be booked and that is job done? So I will leave that decision to Mark. Given the critical nature of the delivery I think that we should minimise the scope and clarify so Make it single sited |
