Acceptance Test Strategy

Estates will lead on acceptance testing with support from the Business Analyst in IS Applications.  The Estates Systems Support Managers have prior experience in undertaking the relevant acceptance testing.

Estates will determine other stakeholders, both Estates colleagues and Estates customers, to engage in testing the end-to-end process. 

Test Scenarios and Acceptance Criteria

Estates will write Test scenarios with support from the Business Analyst in IS Applications.  The agreed Business Requirements will determine the acceptance criteria for each test.
