Overview

Description

Deliver an Estates Help Desk system to enable requests for reactive maintenance and cleaning services to be submitted and managed through to resolution.  A detailed set of business requirements will be produced, prioritising requirements based on a mandatory (must have), highly desirable (should have) and desirable (could have) basis, based on a consultation exercise with project stakeholders.

Objectives

- Implement a fully electronic solution (including use of mobile devices) to eliminate the use of paperwork in the process

- Deliver a user friendly system for all stakeholders in the process

- Provide insightful management information reporting

- A more streamlined approach, enhanced efficiency in Estates working practices and an improved customer experience
