Plan

Background

This work is to help review the assessment processes used within the College, and will be a natural progression of the work which comes out of project MVM012.

The project is to review the implementation of the Speedwell system for the Vets and Biomedical sciences, with a view to ensure that the underpinning IT platform is suitable for the future, and is held in a suitable enterprise production environment for both of these areas to utilise, but with one eye on what the future may hold for the College moving forward.

The high level task breakdown for the project is as follows:

Background

The EUCLID Student Hub was originally developed just before the original EUCLID project went live as the main access point for staff to view and administer the student record. It has had significant content added to it over time which has meant because of the evolving technical framework which Student Systems Partnership (SSP)  have been using it has become inconsistent in its look and feel and the  presentation of the data is both cluttered and fragmented in terms of where the data is displayed.

Priority and Funding

Projects has been allocated 135 IS APPs days from the SSP Programme and is the 2nd priority in the programme.

An equivalent number of days will be required across Project Management / Business Analysis and Testing for the BPE Team in SSP.

Impact and Dependencies

This project must be completed before SAC050 the project to pull over the PGR data from PPMD is carried out.
