Upgrade to new release of Scientia Enterprise Timetabler v3.14 , plus build of new on-premises infrastructure stack to host the new version of the Application

The project will take the opportunity to replace any end-of-life software components within the stack.

Scope of Upgrade activities:

1) Enterprise Timetabler upgrade from v3.12 to v3.14 on DEV with functional testing of the release and the critical fix for the system lock issue that has affected the LIVE service

2] Upgrade Puppet automation tools to a new version that is supported by ITI

3] Check that the post login plugin integration - UoE modified version of C# code  as provided by Scientia as part of orginal implemenation project is still supportable and on supported platform ( Previous ET upgrade projects had challenges getting the post login plugin to work - previously this was related to permissions / file location of various pre-requisite link libraries on the new servers) 

4] Upgrade TEST, LIVE and Modelling environments to Scientia Enterprise Timetabler to ET v3.14

5] Regression testing of all incoming and outgoing data feeds and BI Suite reporting and Calsync to Office 365 calendar
