Timetabling system upgraded to EF v3.14

The LIVE Timetabling system was upgraded to EF v3.14 as planned - with 2 days of planned downtime on Mon 11 and Tues 12-Nov 2019.

IS Alert was extended to cover some follow-up work on Wed / Thurs / Fri to recover all sub-components of the system.

The LIVE service is now running on the new servers and the project team and IS production will continue to monitor the system post-upgrade.
