Worked on implementing PPS005 Tuesday 28th Jan, all complete.
Ewan checked out Admin function before 8pm and worked for him.

29th Jan - Jeff has had an issue with the admin function
Ewan has emailed Mike with an error, Mike indicated last night he would be in touch around 11am if there were issues
Issues
SciQuest Selectsite is recording an error - Connection to the server failed. The server responded with:Error Code - 503; Reason - 503:Service Temporarily Unavailable
the last record in the XMLreceived remains pre-upgrade
These 2 things look as if they might be related
Mike agrees they seem related. I will review this with support and get back to you
Procurement has decided not to delay the release of the system until we get a fix for this.Can we have this treated as a system down/high priority issue
Mike responded - That is fine, but any of POs/PRs that fail may need to be manually resent
Ewan has a number of fixes. Ewan is going to put them in at 5pm once I've spoken to Jeff

Ewan implemented the required fixes though TEST and LIVE after 5pm (took till 7pm).
Chemistry have gone LIVE with their users this morning, but there has been little activity this morning.
Jeff can see three requisitions passed to SciQuest Selectsite but these have not yet been transformed into orders.
There has been some activity on the chemical recording and this appears fine.
Jeff has not received any system error messages this morning which is a good sign but he will not be sure until the orders are processed through selectsite.
Have run the reports we had an issue with yesterday and they are now running fine
