This project is needed on two fronts. Firstly to support the migration from Polopoly to EdWeb. Secondly to ensure that the required site management structure and processes are in place to allow the MVM web presence to reflect changes in MVM in a timely manner. The main activity, business analysis of current and future structures, will allow a new information architecture to be in place in late July 2015.
