Initial release is read only from Timetabling and EUGEX.  Will not be open to end users and will not push data/delete data from echo360.

  1. Dependencies

The system takes a read only feed from the Timetabling RDB and read-only twice from EUGEX.  The scheduler was dependent on policy being published.  This was done in mid-October.
