Data Management Brief

Scope

The Data Management workstream will cover the following areas:

• GDPR compliance.
• Data management, including data deletion within Media Hopper Replay. 

Objectives

• To ensure GDPR compliance for the Media Hopper Replay service.
• To deliver integrations to the University identity service where appropriate for compliance.

Deliverables

• Analysis of the Replay system, our identity service(s) and policies.
• The necessary development to implement the recommendations from the analysis.

Work/Task Breakdown

The Analysis will be carried out by the dedicated Lecture Recording BA resource.  After this a plan for GDPR compliance will be finalised.  Additionally Echo360 have development to do to allow GDPR compliance which they expect to complete in May 2018
