Migration Brief

Scope

The migration stream will cover the following areas:

• Analysis of the best method of migrating media from Media Hopper Replay to Media Hopper Create.
• Any technical work necessary to apply the agreed migration process.

Objectives

• To improve on the current method of taking media files from Replay as multiple downloads where more than one video stream has been captured. 
• To provide a simple and familiar workflow for the transferring of files.
• That any new process will not impact the service. 

Deliverables

• Analysis of the two services, with particular emphasis on how files might be extracted from Replay.
• Any technical work to implement the proposed solution.
• Load testing of the process to ensure quality.

Work/Task Breakdown

Migration requires analysis.  Currently PM/BA support is included in the budget.
