Support for the current version (11) will be ending so we need to move to the latest supported version.
From this work we will:
- Migration of central databases to new infrastructure – APPSLIVE and NEWSLIVE
- Have the databases able running on a fully supported version
- Ensure that security issues are able to be address with the vendor
