- SLA re-sent on Thursday 23rd November to supplier as no response received copy sent on the 20th November
- Supplier acknowledged receipt on 23rd November - The SLA has been reviewed and some queries flagged to our IT dept. Our legal advisor has made a few amendments also. Once this has been returned to me then (hopefully today), I will forward to UoE
