  • Conference Call held with supplier and all members of the project team 
    • With reference to the Job Tracker / In work Tracker 
      • The proposal to supply data via the Supplier CRM as opposed to the Hub as at present was met with general approval 
      • The supplier also confirmed historic data from 28th December 2018 could also be supplied
      • UoE subsequently provided details of the data currently being captured along with the specification of the Job Tracker and In Work Tracker requirements

  • As a result of two conversations with the supplier they have advised 
    • it may be difficult to deliver the Job Tracker and In Work Tracker via the current API (ref issue log 22)
    • It may be possible to supply the information vis the CRM system and this will be further investigated

    • The project sponsor has requested a call this week, with the partner regarding how we can progress the following.  However, there has been no response from the partner contact

    • Conference call with Project Sponsor, Business Lead, senior Supplier and Programme Owner to discus way ahead 
      • The project sponsor will contact Ingeus regarding an update and thoughts on increasing the number of participants
      • The project sponsor advised that he would like to get historic job Study and Job tracker data associated with participants since go-live at the start of the year
