During the weekly conference call the following points were noted

• Data Security
  • The matter of access to the data has been escalated to the DWP and initial conversations have been positive
  • Further meeting is scheduled and an update will be provided on 26/01/18
  • It was noted that if access is not granted, discussions are on-going regarding alternatives
• Design Changes
  • An agreed number of design changes have been agreed and are scheduled to be completed by mid-February incorporating
    • Randomisation
    • job suggestions turned on/off
  • User acceptance testing is now scheduled to commence on 20th February
  • Live launch scheduled for 1st March 2018
• Specification on Randomisation requirements prepared by PM and circulated
