This project is the initial work on the HR Transformation Major Project running from September 2015 to December 2019. This project will define:
- the Governance of the HR Transformation project
- the approach which will be taken
- the areas of analysis that will be completed
- the stakeholders that will be required
- Procurement activities that will be required
- Consultation activities
- Review Business Case costs and update where required
