Current System

Currently METERology is a metering system which gathers half hourly data for electricity water and gas utilities throughout the University campus.

The data is collected on a PC located in the Energy office at Estates and Building Office in Infirmary Street.

 The data is then relayed through web pages to ONELAN boxes and there on to existing plasma displays in some of the larger energy consuming buildings in the form of daily and annual real time consumption graphs.

This project -

This project will migrate the current Meterology Metering System running on a local PC to a Private Shared Network that holds the Private Meterology VM Server
