1. This week David M and Dev Tech to review TAD (Week 1) Anne to find out Brian's availability 2. Next week Brian and Tech Man to review TAD (Week 2)  Anne to meet Dougie W and Martin C to discuss their Test Plan for checking out TEST once it has been migrated (Document to prove it is working) 3. Brian and Mark D to set up TEST and prove it is working (week 3) Mark D do Disaster Recover Test 4. Estates Dougie and Martin to TEST Test (week 4 and 5) Mark D on Holiday week 4.

1. Next Milestone: Design Phase  - (TAD) 29th Jan.

• Mark has completed his first draft of the TAD.
  • Next to be reviewed by David McN and Dev Tech (16 Jan)
  • Thereafter send to Tech Man and Brian Hunter for review
  • Aim is complete the design phase early so longert for Build Test, given that Mark D on holiday for 1st week in Feb.

2. Test VM Servers Request - went to ITI on Friday 10th Jan for set up. VM Test Servers set up 15-Jan-14

• Mark D will keep track of it

3. Anne M to check with Brian H to see when he is available in January to wotk with Mark D to build TEST

• Anne to plan with Brian when he is available
• Anne to work with Estates to agree TEST plan (i.e. Meterology to work as it currently does on teh new servers, with no functional changes
