What went well?
- Migration from CF9 to CF10. All went pretty smoothly
- Requirements gathering
What didn't go so well?
- Issues with automated tests which distracted from planned development
- Resource conflicts for lead developer which distracted from planned development
- Set-up of live server via UNIX took much longer than planned
- Work on 'New PI role' uncovered a number of issues with role permissions that needed to be addressed. This added another 3 points of work to the iteration via story CSG005-50
- DIdn't get through planned work (mostly due to issues as described above) but the outstanding stories were almost 'done' so only carrying forward 4 points (i.e. 11 points out of 15 completed)
What will we do differently next time?
- n/a - will continue as for this iteration as the issues preventing progress are now (hopefully) resolved
