This project is to transition the JournyX platform to a formally supported service on an up to date technology platform.
Mark Ritchie is leading as Sponsor in absence of Head of Service Management.
PM has agreed with Sponsor that a pre-planning stage be carried out - this will include production of a paper outlining options and costs in order to reach a decision on the scope of the project, before formal planning; End of Planning has therefore been pushed back to 29/04/19.

This project will deliver a new platform for ThankQ CRM for Dev & Alumni.
USG012 will look at upgrading the infrastructure the ThankQ application and database sits on which is nearing end of life. This will provide a short term supported base for ThankQ to run on, whilst a procurement process to replace and implement the application is underway.
