Background
Synthsys Biosciences are investigating two platforms for managing research data - SEEK and OpenBIS.
Research Services will work with Synthsys to provide infrastructure and support for them to develop and evaluate these applications.
Scope
Deploy configured infrastructure as required for the trial.
Configure Apache web services with EASE/Cosign configurations and advise on integration within the SEEK and OpenBIS applications.
Advise and implement access to DataStore from the deployed infrastructure.

Impact and Dependencies
This Project is implementing a new Coldfusion infrastructure that will be used by other subsequent projects. Other projects should be aware of the delivery Milestone for this project if they are planning to migrate into this new version of Coldfusion.
Background
Releases of the Coldfusion software are supported by the vendor (Adobe) for a set period of time (Coldfusion 10 core supports ends on 16/05/2017) To ensure continued vendor support for applications using the Coldfusion infrastructure, a new release need to be installed to allow applications to be migrated to the newer version.
