 USG / Student Systems -Timetabling service will pay the external tech consultancy day rates for Scientia consultants

Impact and Dependencies

During upgrade there will be planned downtime for each Exam Scheduler environment - DEV, TEST and LIVE.

The deployment to LIVE will need to be negotiated with the ISG Special CAB which manages releases to corporate IT services during the Start of Semester 1 change freeze in Sept
