Plan for Analysis: Project Services and Service Management.  

Requirements gathering across the UoE teams utilising the existing Unidesk reports.  Including SSP, HR, USD IT, Finance and ITC.: Project Services, Service Management with support from Software Development. 

Design and creation of new universe: Software Development and Service Management

Creation of reports: Service Management and Software Development

Investigation into dashboards and their production: Service Management and Software Development

Note: The BI/MI team within GASP will also be providing advice where required throughout the project
