Chemistry have requested some support from an analyst to help develop what would be needed for a project in relation to the management, use, and financial charging of scientific instruments. They have paper processes, and want to be able to systemise:
1) the use of the instruments, including booking,
2) the recharge of the instruments and
3) whether this could be used for other similar services.
