High level requirements by role

The attached document is based on a Mind Map format, giving the stakeholders, and a view of the requirements associated with them. It also lists questions that are yet to be answered, but is considered sufficient to be able to determine whether there is available software that could meet or go most of the way to meeting these requirements.

Note that this was an interim deliverable in determining the business case; a more evolved version of this document including potential solutions is available from the High-level requirements map to potential solutions page.
