Resources, Skills and Costs
The estimated total IS Applications project cost is 105 days. To be made up from:
- Project Services: Project Manager, Programme Manager, Portfolio Manager
- Senior Supplier
- Development Technology: Development and Analyst
- Technology Management : Team Manager, Support
- Application Management: Senior User, Support
- Student Systems Partner Development Team Lead & SSP Developer
This figure will be re-estimated after the development phase.
Contingency of 10% has been added at planning to reflect the mandatory deliverables.
Project Governance
Project progress will be reported in line with IS Applications monthly reporting process.
Regular Project Team Progress Meeting will be held to review progress, discuss issues, escalate issues.
