OLD Business Requirements re pensionable earnings for those who have salary arrears

Business Requirements - please expand/correct and populate all sections of this spec?

Overview

To pick up the correct arrears figure for those members who are paid arrears through retropay.

Existing / Current Process

Monthly arrears figures via retropay is populating the interface with the amount of the arrears for each month rather than 1/12th of the annual pensionable earnings.

Gaps

The USS Contributions  Interface is not picking up the correct pensionable earnings figures for those who have salary arrears paid through retropay.

Business Requirements

To pick up the correct arrears figure and effective date for those employees whose arrears are processed through retro.    This will only affect those who are paid arrears through retro. 

Employees who are paid arrears by way of "salary adjustment" will continue to be processed manually until such time as individual retropay is processed.
