Project Governance
- Reporting
- Project progress will be reported in line with IS Applications monthly reporting process.
- Each key project milestone will be assessed in detail by the project team before formal reporting to WIS.

Terms of Reference:
Key responsibilities of the Committee include:
- Ensure the P0332 project's scope aligns with the requirements of the stakeholder groups;
- Provide the project team with guidance on project business issues;
- Address any issues that have major implications for the project and;
- Keep the project scope under control as emergent issues force changes to be considered.
