CAB Discussions Meeting 20/9

Dear All,

The actions from today:

1. Andrew to convey Robert's change request to TOPdesk.

2. Stefan to draft a service-based change structure for IS that will, amongst other things, describe the linkage envisaged between Change Co-ordinators and CABs. This document will inform the presentation we give to the IS community on Change.

3. Robert and Andrew to work on further refining the UniDesk C&R module to

include: an additional 'Rolled Back' status, and some after-the-fact error reporting. The Meetings functionality, it was agreed, will left switched off, and we will keep the three distinction between our three Normal change types.

4. Andrew to schedule the IS consultation meeting - must occur w/c 8th October.

Upcoming events:

1. Meet at the end of September to a) discuss Stefan's document, and b) decide on roles and tasks for the IS consultation meeting.

2. Mid Oct - present on Change to IS and seek acceptance

3. After meeting - polish all documentation and someone to send to partners and invite them to meet to discuss feedback at the end of Oct.

4. Mid-End Oct - Andrew to configure C&R in all TEST environments.

5. End Oct - meeting with partners to run though the module.

6. Nov > - UAT
