Project & Business Diary for Oct '14 to Jan '15

This diary has been set up to help pinpoint dates when the different HR-Payroll environments will be available over the next few months. It will take all concerned projects and operational work into consideration and should assist in identifying times when the migration and testing of each environment can be conducted.

Notes

1. With enough notice, HR staff can switch the training to HRDEV instead of HRTEST. Each session also requires access to the environment being used for a few hours on the day before each session.

2. This includes the following processes: EPP0096 Contingency [for pensioners payroll]; Pensioners Payroll Run; Pensioners BACS; Pensioners Pay Advice.

3. This includes the following processes:Payments Payroll Run; Payments Payroll BACS; Payments Pay Advice.

4. This includes the following process: Main Payroll (1st Run).

5. This includes the following processes: Main Payroll 2nd Run; Main Payroll BACS; Main Payroll Pay Advice.

 

 

Current and planned projects that will be using the above environments are:

  • HRS077 - Improved Reporting from Oracle HR, Payroll and Pensions (PM - Steph). Currently at build stage; milestones under review. Awaiting update.
  • HRS079 - RTI and AE Enhancements (PM - Anne). AE & RTI deployed to LIVE; should close in October. Does not need access.
  • PPP001 - Automate maternity/paternity/adoption pay (PM - Dawn). Project being planned. Awaiting update.
  • HRS080 - Capture Staff Levels in Oracle HR and Payroll (PM - Anne). Due to close in October. Does not need access
  • HRS082 - HR HESA Staff Return 13/14 (PM - Anne). Deployment to LIVE completed. Closing late October. Noted above.
  • AP45-024 - Payment to International Banks from Oracle HR & Payroll [not assigned]. To start and be planned September 2014. Awaiting update.
  • AP45-050 - HR & Payroll Annual Maintenance (14/15) [not assigned]. To start and be planned October 2014. Awaiting update.
  • AP34-025 - eRecruitment Phase 2 (Redeployment and Talent Pool) [not assigned]. To start and be planned October 2014. Awaiting update.
  • AP45-042 - Hourly Paid and Casual Employment Review [not assigned]. To start and be planned October 2014. Awaiting update.
