Resources Skills and Cost

The HR Systems Manager and the Payroll and Pensions Systems Manager will be the main point on contacts with the HR, Payroll and Pensions teams. They will be required to be involved in all sign off stages and will lead on testing to ensure that this is completed and documented satisfactorily to allow sign off. Where required they will delegate testing but they will maintain responsibility for sign off and ensuring that testers understand test requirements.

The majority of IS Applications technical input will be required from the Development Technology, SASG Development and Applications Management teams. Technology Management will also provide input but this is expected to be minimal with input to sign off stages and with increased input at the end of the project for handover tasks.

IS Applications Project Services will provide the Project Management and, as required, Programme Management input.

The overall effort for the project, taking work already carried out and work remaining into consideration, is estimated at 116 days. This does not include all the tasks that cover DataGuard, which has been estimated at requiring an additional 20-25 days effort.
